Where has the time gone?!?!?

I cannot believe that I let so much time pass since I have posted on my blog.
Things have been going very well around here!
Since the last post quite a bit has happened...

- My best friend Krecia got married on August 2nd to Patrick Hicks. The wedding was a lot of work but it was a blast. The night before the wedding there were 5 of us girls who stayed with Krecia at a hotel in downtown Little Rock a block away from the wedding site. We had so much fun spending the whole night and then the day of the wedding together.

- My mom has been steadily looking for a job so she can move to Marianna with my dad. I think it is getting a little stressful for her. But, we know that God is going to work it all out.

- I am on a roommate search because when my mom heads to Marianna to live I am going to want a roommate living in the house with me...our house is too much house for me by myself. I have a prospect but nothing definate yet.

- canvascommunity is coming along!!! We have had one "Preview" service a couple of weeks ago and we are going to have another one this coming Monday evening. We are only 3 weeks to launch date. YIKES!!! We are all looking forward to having weekly services but it is going to be a lot of work...kinda nervous about it!!! **Check us out at www.canvascommunityonline.org

- Work has been going well. I had my yearly evaluation and all is good. Got a raise...so that is blessing.

- OLYMPICS...what more is there to say? I have been like many of you and staying up way too late to watch swimming, gymnastics, beach volleyball, diving & much more. But, sadly I am kind of ready for it to be over because I would like to get back to a normal sleep pattern.

So there you have it...hopefully I will have something more interesting to report soon.

Please pray for Chris, Lindsey and Eliana...they are still waiting for everything to be completed in Guatemala so they can bring Eliana home to Nashville.
