18 days...

Where has this year gone?

It is only 18 days until Christmas!!! This truly is my favorite time of year!
I love the fact that I get to spend more time with my family during the Christmas season. I love the cool crisp air, the Christmas music, the candy cooking with my family, the smell of the Christmas tree the minute I walk into my house...you get the picture!


This weekend I went with my parents & Mammaw to my great grandmother's house. Mammaw B is 99 years old and once every couple of months we take communion down to her. It is such a sweet time that we have with her...my new favorite thing is hearing my sweet Great Grandmother in her soft voice sing "Thank You Lord for saving my soul...thank you Lord for making whole...thank you Lord for giving to me, thy great salvation so rich and free."

What a blessing it is to be able to sit at the feet of such a Godly woman. She has blessed our family more than anyone can ever know. We are looking forward to so many more times like this.

Thank you Mammaw B for who you are...and thank you for praying for each and everyone of you kids, grandkids, great grandkids & great great grandkids by name every day. I am not sure how you do it!!!
