Time with Eliot

This past weekend my mom and I had the chance to go to St. Louis to keep Eliot. We had a blast!!! Russ had a couple of shows out of state and Katie had the National Arbonne Conference in Atlanta...so, it was fun to have him all to ourselves. Well, kind of to ourselves...my cousin Laura came over from Greenville and spent all day Friday and quite a bit of the day on Saturday. Laura, I enjoyed hanging out with you...sorry we were so boring!!!

Mom and I got to St. Louis around 1:00am on Friday morning. Eliot got up around 6:30am...needless to say we didn't have much sleep but that was totally ok with us. Friday afternoon after Russ left my mom, Laura, E and I all went to WalMart and then came back and ordered pizza and just hung out for the evening.
Saturday we were up by 6:30am again. We went to Target and then came back for nap time and by 6:00pm Katie was back from Atlanta. We went to eat dinner and then came home put Eliot to bed. After getting him down we took some time for Katie to tell us all about the NEW ARBONNE PRODUCT that they introduced at the conference.
Sunday morning we woke up and as we were leaving for church we realized it was sleeting outside...yes...I said sleeting...on April 13th. Mom made Russ a birthday cake because his birthday was on April 9th. Sunday evening Mom and Katie took Eliot to a church outing at The Magic House while Russ and I went to a church plant meeting...Russ and Katie are on the leadership team for the church plant. It was alot of fun for me to go with Russ and see what all they are doing because I am on the leadership team for a new ministry here in Little Rock.
Monday it was back to work for Katie and the rest of us went to hang out at the mall for awhile...bought Russ a birthday present and we bought Eliot the cutest pair of Navy Blue Chucks. Mom and I went back to the house and while Russ put Eliot down for a nap Mom and I packed up the car and headed home around noon.
Here are some pictures from the weekend.
