Seven Random Things

My sister-in-law decided to select me to do this little "project". The whole purpose for this blog is to tell 7 random things about yourself that no one knows.
So, here goes nothin!!!

1) When I was little there were two different things that my brother, my cousin Joy and I did everytime we were together and we still to this day talk about it!!! The first would be...we played "RADIO STATION". My mom worked at the local Christian radio station while we were young so we decided to try our hand at it...so, we have several tapes, that's right, TAPES of us being DJs and the singers of the jingles. The second game would be...WRESTLING!!!! We loved to watch WWF back in the day. We would spend tons of time in the floor of our big living room wrestling.

2) My WRESTLERING name is: MANDAMORRISBRAUNTASAURUS!!!!! If you know Russ or Joy someday you will have to have one of them say it for you...there is a certain way it has to be said.

3) Two of my FAVORITE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD are people I have only met once...but cannot wait to get to know even better. Lindsey and Chris Wheeler. They are an AMAZING GIFT that God brought into my life. I love you both and can't wait to spend more time with you.

4) I HATE TO SAY THIS BUT THIS IS ALL ABOUT TELLING THINGS THAT PEOPLE DON'T KNOW!!! ~ When my brother first started dating Katie I did not like her at all...now let me explain myself!!! It is not that I did not like HER it is that I did not like her STEALING my brother from me. In my teenage years my brother was my best friend...we hung out together and I knew he would be there to protect me...and I did not like that this girl was "taking my place". Well, it didn't take long for me to fall in love with her and realize she was not really taking my place. I found out not too long after that nothing changed between me and Russ. He is still one of my best friends. I would consider Katie one of my best friends too. It is great to have a sister that I love to share with and love to spend time with.

5) I am one of the most blessed people in the world to be able to say that I have been able to have my GREAT GRANDMOTHER here for my whole life. In October of 2008 Mammaw B will turn 98 years old. Every night Mammaw B prays for everyone of her kids, grandkids, great-grandkids and great-great-grandkids by name. We all cherish every moment God has blessed us with!!!

6) My family is made up of MANY men and women who are in ministry. God has also blessed me with the family I have been brought up in...just in my immediate family, all 3 of my mom's brothers are or have been in Children/Youth Ministry my whole life, my dad is a pastor, my brother is a worship leader and used to be a youth pastor, and my grandmother has been in ministry with her brother and his wife for many years. I don't have enough room to mention all the other people in ministry on this blog page.

7) I am one of 38 great grandkids on The Bentley side.
