What you have done unto the least of these...

There are a couple of churches that have come together this morning to do a Homeless Cookout here in Little Rock. We are really trying to live out what Jesus taught us..."What you have done unto the least of these you have done unto Me."
The people of the church are going to be cooking, serving and just hanging out with the homeless at one of the local parks. We have asked everyone to bring board games, footballs, Frisbees and anything else that they can make this an enjoyable time. I pray that God will use everyone that is going to be a part of this.
Hopefully, I can post something soon to give an update on how things went.

This morning while getting Sarah awake to head into Little Rock to meet up with Jamey and the rest of the crew I had this part of a song going in my head and I think it really fits.

My Desire by Jeremy Camp

All my life I have seen
Where you've taken me
Beyond all I have hoped
And there's more left unseen

There's not much I can do to repay all you've done
So I give my hands to use

This is my desire, this is my return
This is my desire to be used by you
